Missouri Poplar Clone

Registered in the list of the most environmentally sustainable clones "MSA".

The countries where the clone is grown are Spain, France, Belgium, Italy, Hungary and Romania.

The Missouri poplar clone is currently the most productive clone. The clone enjoys excellent results in terms of growth, resistance to the main diseases, tolerance to woolly aphid and good technological characteristics of the wood. The Missouri clone has a very interesting basic density, it is a light clone similar to clone I-214 equal to 705 kg/m3 (I-214 has a basic density of 750 kg/m3). This aspect is of interest to the plywood industry, which has already tested this clone, observing its good behaviour suitable for industrial use and selecting it as a new alternative to I-214.
